Customers can request a return or exchange within 5 days of receiving the product(s). Refunds will be made in the same method used for payment.

Note: Items marked "Final Sale" cannot be returned/exchanged.

Sale and promotional items are excluded and remain subject to our normal return/exchange policy.


We accept order cancellations before the product is processed. If the order is canceled within this period, you will receive a full refund.

If the product has already been dispatched, unfortunately we will not be able to cancel your order.


All returned items must be in their original retail condition, not having been worn, washed or altered and with all tags still attached.

All items must be returned with their original boxes.

All items must be returned in one package.

Return/exchange shipments must be made using the same service as the original delivery.

We can only accept returns/exchanges from the country an order was originally shipped to, for example, orders delivered to the US must be returned from the US

Personalized items cannot be returned.

The return/exchange is unfortunately not free (the import and shipping costs will be charged at your expense).

For hygiene reasons, underwear, some jewellery, make-up and skin care products cannot be returned. Briefs and swimsuits can only be returned if the sanitary protection strip is intact.

Of course, any defective items can be returned.

We reserve the right not to accept any returns/exchanges if the product shows signs of wear or has been used or altered from its original condition.

You will be informed if we offer to refuse your refund/exchange; you can choose to have the product sent back at your expense.


Step 1: Please contact our customer service to start the return procedure with the following information:

  • Order number

  • Proof of Purchase

  • Video or photo of the defective product

Step 2: Put the receipt back, along with the items, in the original packaging.


Step 3: Complete all three copies of the Returns Proforma Invoice Form. Place all copies in the transparent envelope and attach it to the package without closing it. These documents are required for customs, so please make sure you complete all 3 copies.


Step 4: Hand over the parcel to the courier, after the courier has checked the return shipment, please close the parcel securely.


In the event of a return, the refund will be credited to the original payment method. Shipping costs will not be reimbursed by in case of return.


Once your parcel reaches us, please allow 5-10 working days (depending on peak times) for your return to be processed. If your return does not meet the conditions listed, the parcel will be sent back to you at your expense. Once your return has been accepted, your refund will be issued and you will receive a confirmation email.
